Scottish Armed Forces Evidence and Research (SAFE&R) International Conference

The Scottish Armed Forces Evidence and Research (SAFE&R) International Conference being held at Napier University Craiglockart campus from 22 to 28 August.

The conference is titled  ‘Identity, Purpose and Belonging: The First Scottish International Conference on Armed Forces in Society’ and has been organised by Edinburgh Napier University’s Centre for Military Research, Education & Public Engagement, in collaboration with the SAFE&R Hub and sponsored by the Veterans’ Foundation.  The Conference is designed to offer delegates the opportunity to engage with peer, international and UK based researchers and practitioners from a wide variety of disciplines – from Military Sociology to Strategic Studies, Art and Engagement to Veterans Affairs.
