This week we are thrilled to congratulate all of our innovative finalists for the three Business Award categories in partnership with X-Forces Enterprise. The Business categories for this years awards are Business of the Year Start-Up, sponsored by Cisco; Business of the Year Scale-Up, sponsored by Sage; and Business of the Year Community Impact, sponsored by Landmarc.
Lord Digby Jones, Chair of the X-Forces Enterprise Advisory Board, said: “The nominees and finalists of the 2018 Soldiering On Awards should be extremely proud indeed – what an achievement to be shortlisted for such a prestigious award. I am very pleased to be part of such a wonderful community through my support to X-Forces Enterprise and I know that Ren and the XFE team will be especially proud of their businesses who’ve reached finalist stage.”
Paul D’Cruz, Head of Government & National Security Operations, Cisco, said: “It is important that charities are remembered for the selfless work they do and as such, Cisco are proud to support Soldiering On in recognising those organisations, individuals and groups that continue help those in need. We wish our three finalists in the Business of the Year Start-Up award category the very best of luck.”
Debbie Wall, VP at Sage Foundation said: “Sage Foundation is incredibly proud to be a partner of the Soldiering on Awards for the first time this year. This award combines two of our big passions – the entrepreneurialism that powers all economics and supporting military veterans in recognition of their service to us. As a champion of business builders, we see it as both an honour and duty to support the business journey of our military heroes.
We are thrilled by the high calibre and talent of our three finalists for the X-Forces Enterprise Business of the Year Scale-Up award category. They clearly show that the heroes that serve our country have the same values and skills of the small and medium business owners powering our economy – perseverance, commitment and dedication. We know our business builder community thrives on the skills of service people and veterans, and we think even more veterans should become successful business leaders, following our finalists lead.”
Steve Utley, Managing Director of Landmarc Support Services said: “Working at Landmarc, we all believe strongly that it is our duty to support our Forces; whether it’s providing the best training facilities for our serving troops or providing help and advice when personnel return to civilian life.
Supporting the prestigious Soldiering On Awards is one more way that we can help fly the flag for our inspirational servicemen and women and all those who support them. We are therefore extremely proud to support the X-Forces Enterprise Business of the Year – Community Impact award and congratulate and wish every success to our finalists, AAA Caring Caretaker Ltd, CrossFit Spitfire and Sporting Force Ltd.”
