A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full time E-Learning Business Partner in the Learning and Development Team at SSAFA, the UK’s oldest national tri-service military charity.
About the role
We are looking for a passionate and multi skilled E-Learning Business Partner to work as part of our team creating digital content. Your role will involve a combination of design and development of E-Learning that will inspire our employees and volunteers to want to learn. You will consult and collaborate with internal SMEs to understand, identify, recommend and develop E-Learning solutions.
Requirements
To carry out this role successfully you will have a track record of developing learning materials and adapting them for online use using a range of technologies to promote and extend learning.
We are looking for someone who is innovative and creative offering a real ‘hands on’ approach. You will have demonstrable experience of using E-Learning software packages and content development. You will have a solid working knowledge of the training methodologies used to develop and migrate classroom learning content into E-Learning solutions and onto our Learning Management System.
You’ll need to be a committed team player with a highly collaborative style, and be able to demonstrate resilience and resourcefulness, along with being self-motivated and able to prioritise in a fast paced and changing organisation.
