Join Step into Health at their live stream event hosted by RFEA, The Forces Employment Charity, to mark this year’s Armed Forces Week.
The event will take place at 14:30 on Friday 25 June and will be streamed across a number of social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
The session will focus on the importance of veterans in the NHS and will be chaired by Commodore Alistair Halliday, Chief Executive of RFEA.
Guests include Annette Berry, RFEA Employment Advisor, as well as Deborah Poneskis, Programme Lead for Step Into Health and Jim Holland, Urgent Care Assistant for the Welsh Ambulance Service, who will offer their unique insight into:
- joining ‘civvy street’
- key attributes of veterans and their importance in the civilian workforce
- the value of veterans in the NHS
- top tips for job seekers.
