Contract: Permanent
Hours of work: 21 hours per week
Salary: £13,255 – £15,412 per annum plus benefits
Stoll is the lead provider of housing and support services in the Veterans sector. Founded in 1917, Stoll has provided a sanctuary to help Veterans rebuild their lives for over one hundred years.
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic maintenance/repairs officer to work within our small, busy Housing team. You will provide an excellent customer-focused repairs, maintenance and property/estate management service to Stoll residents and estates in Aldershot and Hounslow:
- Preliminary repairs and voids inspections
- Health & Safety checks at Stoll sites,
- Void works, minor repairs and maintenance works in Stoll properties
- Simple aids and adaptations work to properties
- Cleaning duties as required
- Driver’s License required
- Own vehicle desirable
