Improving wellbeing, social engagement and employment opportunities
The Not Forgotten Association is extending its TV provision programme by offering tablets to a younger cohort of veteran beneficiary who is digitally isolated.
To qualify for a tablet, an individual must be an eligible NFA veteran beneficiary (any former serviceman or woman with a disability or illness) who is ‘digitally isolated’, financially limited and whose wellbeing, social engagement and employment opportunities would benefit from the tablet. For the purposes of this programme ‘digitally isolated’ means that the individual does not own or have regular access to a computer, laptop, tablet or the internet.
