Care after Combat would once again like to show our appreciation and thanks to ROKiT and ROKiT Haslam Racing for supporting our charity earlier this week.
On Monday 6 May, members of the Care after Combat team had the privilege of witnessing the incredible Leon Haslam in action at Oulton Park for the second round of British Superbikes.
We also got to see the new official ROKiT Haslam Racing merchandise, which featured the Care after Combat logo. Appearances of our logo didn’t end there, however! The Care after Combat logo had also been placed on the bike, the race track, the garage boards, and Leon’s leathers.
We cannot emphasise how valuable the placement of our logo is in terms of raising the Care after Combat profile. The exposure that this support gives the charity allows us to reach veterans and their families who may not have known about our work before and are in desperate need of the support we offer.
Many of the serving and ex-servicemen and women we have met over the years are bikers and avid fans of BSB themselves, so we know that this partnership will potentially spark a lot of interest in these communities and hopefully boost awareness of Care after Combat’s mission.
We want to once again thank the Chairman and Co-Founder of ROKiT, Jonathan Kendrick, Gary and Rachel at ROKiT, Leon, and the whole of the Haslam family. Your continued support is invaluable to us, and being able to watch this race was an incredible honour!
