Gift entries will come with a fabulous RAFA Rides Christmas present comprising a water bottle and cycling accessories. Best of all, we’ll save you the hassle of wrapping them, as they will come already wrapped!
RAFA Rides 2022, made possible thanks to generous ongoing support from security and aerospace company Lockheed Martin UK, will take place on Saturday 11 June.
Riders can tackle 25, 50, 75 or 100 miles, depending on their level of fitness (and optimism) or join virtually from anywhere in the world with an internet connection.
The 2021 event saw 810 riders join together from around the world to take part. This included 250 who cycled routes around the beautiful Leicestershire and Rutland countryside, with the rest joining virtually from 20 countries across six continents, all united in cycling for a cause close to their hearts.
Wing Commander Simon Nevin from RAF Waddington says:
“I was really involved in RAFA Rides 2021 and am excited to be working with the team again for 2022. The event is incredible, not only for the awesome money raised to support our RAF family, but on the day – joining cyclists from across the world, and meeting friends closer to home.

Gift entry can be for the in-person event in Leicestershire or for the virtual event.
The last postage day to receive your present before Christmas is Tuesday 21 December. Orders received after this date will be emailed a gift certificate to print at home and the gifts will arrive after Christmas.
If you are signing someone else up, please use their details and your contact email address to receive confirmation of your order. You can then email fundraising@rafa.org.uk to get this updated so that they receive all the details.
