What roles are Ex-Military recruited into?
Over the last five years BNYM has recruited Ex-Military personnel as Auditors, Operational Risk Managers, Procurement Consultants, Project Managers, Relationship Managers and Wellbeing Managers. Most of the people employed had completed the Returning Military Programme. Whilst military experience is important, it does not determine your career after leaving the Armed Forces.
