THE AWARD OPPORTUNITY
Once again, Heropreneurs and WBS have joined forces to provide transformative opportunities to our esteemed military community. The winner of the WBS Award will receive a 100% bursary to study one of their prestigious MBA or Executive Diploma programmes, while the runner-up will be awarded a substantial 75% bursary, and the third-place contender will receive a generous 50% bursary.
These awards are designed to help individuals transition to the next stage of their career, and to help provide the knowledge and competencies required to not only aid personal and professional development but to make a real and positive impact in the world.

Executive MBA (Warwick or London) – Start date: September 2024
Full-time MBA – Start date: September 2024
Global Online MBA (Warwick or London) – Start date: January 2025
Accelerator MBA – Start date: March 2025
The Warwick Executive Diplomas – Start dates: From September 2024. WBS offer five Executive Diplomas, covering areas such as Behavioural Science, Digital Leadership, Strategy & Innovation, Strategic Leadership & Change and Advanced Management.
APPLICATION PROCESS AND KEY DATES
Applications open on Wednesday 6th March and will close Sunday 28 April.
To be considered for the award you must meet the entry criteria clearly outlined in the ‘Apply’ sections listed below and complete the application form. Please select ‘Heropreneurs Award’ from the drop-down box included in the ‘Funding Your Study’ section of the application form.
Applications must be made by applicants themselves – no third-party nominations will be considered for this award.
Following confirmation that the course entry criteria has been satisfied, the following timeline will apply:
Short virtual 1-2-1 consultation with WBS Recruitment Team to discuss course suitability.
Interviews of shortlisted applicants will be conducted online by the WBS Recruitment team from Monday 6th and Friday 31st May.
A maximum of five finalists will be interviewed by a panel made up of Heropreneurs and WBS representatives. This will take place face to face at The Shard, London on Monday 15th July and applicants should be available to travel and attend this event in person.
A decision on the winners will be communicated by end of July allowing candidates the opportunity to commence their studies from September 2024.
The winners will be invited to an awards event at The Shard on 14th November and applicants should be available to travel and attend this event in person.
