Three members of staff at Haig, are bravely taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge.
The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge includes the peaks of Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough. These peaks form part of the Pennine range, and encircle the head of the valley of the River Ribble, in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The challenge is a 24 mile walk, ascending to 5,200ft in under 12 hours.
Andy, Michael and Simon are self funding their costs so all the money donated go to Coming Home, Haig Housing Trust’s fundraising campaign which provides specially adapted housing and support for injured ex-Service personnel.
The team hope that, through generous donations, Coming Home will be able to continue their fantastic work.
