The event will finish with an opportunity for all to sing along to a few festive songs!
The Veterans’ Places, Pathways and People programme was designed to create better, more sustainable support for veterans in the communities where they live. It supported major projects to enable veterans to access support that meets their needs.
In the South-East region the programme had 9 delivery partners and was managed by Veterans Outreach Support, the Portsmouth-based veterans support charity. It has supported close to 5000 veterans in the past two years and helped to create in excess of 50 employment opportunities.
Billed under the heading of ‘Veterans Voices’ the event is both a celebration of what has been achieved, and an opportunity to view some of the work that has been done.
